Brunch at Shabu Shabu • Sukiyaki

Ello my lovely readers
Early in the morning, i went to woodgrove secondary school to talk about my transfer, but sadly, the school office was close for the teacher's workshop, therefore i had to wait for the next office opening day, wasted a morning trip down to woodlands, should have made a call before heading down there, such clumsiness do happen hahas.

This morning i had my breakfast at the Causeway Point's level 5 Shabu Shabu Sukiyaki , it is a japanese all you can eat buffet restaurant, i would definitely recommend you guys to try it out☺ , the food there are really delicious ! oiishi ! ☺ not forgetting they have variety of food especially vegetables, if you are a veggie lover, i personally suggest that you to try it out ! just don't take the meat and eat them *-*, hehees.
I am not sure if the food are halal .-. but you can ask the waitress at the restaurant to check with them (=w=)/
There is a time limit of 1hour and 10minute for the all you can eat food buffet, but trust me even with the time limit given, it is definitely worth paying for it. Anyway ! lets look at the photo i had taken earlier this morning at the restaurant ! i'm so looking forward to share my day.

This is how the shop sign board looks like, it feels very japanese style.

These are the artefact display food, The fake food displays are called sampuru.

Now it is time to begin my all you can eat food world's. To start off with, i will start on what type of food is given at the buffet.

On the left side of the picture, they have the ramen noodles and udon noodle, the difference in the noodle is the texture of it, you can differentiate it right away between the colours, the ramen noodle is  yellow in colour while the udon noodle is white in colour, i tried both of the noodles and i felt that ramen noodle tasted nicer than the udon. The ramen noodle is more chewy while the udon noodle taste more like silk? i don't know how to explain...but for me, i like to eat chewy noodles.
At the right side of the photo, as you can see *-*, it just some vegetables. OH ! the small brownish head mushroom goes really well with the hotpot soup ! do take more of the mushroom if you are going to this restaurant to try out their food. And i suggest that you choose the sukiyaki soup as one of your choice soup, it has a sweet taste that really goes well with the beef.
HEHES, moving on !

here are just some of the vegetables photos again, it is quite boring to see so much vegetables, but the vegetables are really colourful, they have various type of vegetable that are eaten in japanese hot pot seasons, in japanese hot pot are known as "nabe" .

Next up we have the sauce section,

They have a sauce call the "peanut sauce", i was quite stun when i saw the words "peanut sauce", because i thought it will taste nasty to go with the meat or vegetable, turns out i was wrong...when i took some of it back to my table to try, in fact it turn out pretty good to go with the meat ! as a peanut lover, i think it is yummy, it has a unique peanut taste that is similar to peanut jam but a little bit more watery?
their chill sauce is not bad too, but for those that doesn't like to eat chill, i think you should still try it out, because it goes really well with the beef, chicken and pork meat.

These are the food i had chosen...might have taken quite a lot...but feel no assure, i did not waste any of the food i had picked, i swear.

You can choose any type of meat you like, if you want to try all 3 ( pork, chicken, beef ), just inform the waitress, i recommend the beef and pork, you will be satisfied with the taste of the meat.

This is the udon and ramen noodle, i had mention earlier on.

This bamboo like meat is made of beef, it is like a beef meatball in a bamboo, it taste soft but not chewy.

This is the 2 choice soup i had chosen, the spicy type and the sukiyaki type ( especially chosen to go with my beef ), if you have any trouble, ask the waitress for their recommendation of soup;))

after throwing everything inside it looks like this, i know too much food will result in too much fats in the body...

How it looks like, when the soup is boiling, do not get near it or touch it, it is pretty hot and you do not want to leave any bad memory with it.

For dessert section we have the , ICE-CREAM MACHINE. YES, IT IS THE LEGENDARY ICE-CREAM MACHINE !
okay...i am exaggerating too much. I REALLY LOVE ICE-CREAM !
It's a vanilla ice-cream machine, the ice-cream taste quite sweet like the Mcdonalds's vanilla ice-cream cone.

Just some of the toppings and etc for the decoration of your own made ice-cream.

a random Nescafe machine photo.

I know you all have been looking forward to see the ice-cream i had made, thank you for the long wait, it is the most amazing, awesome, incredible vanilla ice-cream, it a artwork, Yume had made. What am i doing, self-praising my own weird looking ice-cream.

second round of ice-cream for myself ! i'm a ice-cream lover okayyyy.

BILL. Saying bye bye to $$$...but it okay, because it only cost $40 including GST for two person, to eat all you can buffet, it is a good deal ! and it also have free flow of drinks, not forgetting you can request for more meat if you have finish. Each adult only cost $14.99, worth paying and waiting for.
